📦 Returns Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Sale / discounted items are non-returnable (unless damaged or wrong item received)
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Innerwear or personal items
- Items bought on sale or clearance
- Customized or altered products
🚚 Return Process
To request a return:

- Share clear pictures of the product (if required)
- Our team will guide you through the return process

💰 Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after product inspection
- Refund method depends on the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery, refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit
- Processing time: 7–10 business days
🚫 Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect
📦 Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide images/video proof
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
